Ambulatory BP Monitoring 

As an ambulatory BP monitor, card(X)plore measures sytolic and diastolic BP (Sys, Dia) with pulse and calculates mean arterial pressure (MAP), pulse pressure (PP), double product, standard deviation, diurnal index, hypertensive time index (PTE), hypertension load (load), hypotensive time index (PTD), hypotensive load (leese) and morning surge.
Automatic BP measurements can be started in every 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50 and 60 minutes in the selected morning, day, night and special periods. The patient can start extra BP measurements and indicate any event such as taking medications or feeling pain, dizziness, palpitations.

Holter ECG monitoring

As a Holter ECG monitor, card(X)plore records data for beat-by-beat ECG annotation, event ditribution, ST analysis, QT analysis, PQ analysis, PM analysis, time and frequency domain analysis and arrhythmia analysis.

Actigraphy

Monitoring of body position and physical activity levels are also provided.

As hypertension is the most common risk factor for cardiovascular diseases, it is important to assess BP and ECG data at the same time. Early diagnosis prevents heart disease, stroke, eye problems and chronic kidney disease.
